How do I reschedule a session?
You can request a reschedule through the secure client portal or by contacting us via phone or email.
What if I’m having trouble logging in?
Please email us at drkathryn@kathrynlawsonphd.com with “Portal Access” in the subject line, and we’ll help reset your login securely.
Do you provide tech support for sessions?
Yes. If you experience issues with video or audio during a session, please let us know. We can provide troubleshooting steps or switch to a backup secure platform.
